Mr. K.V. Maina – (Chairman)

The after-school program was initiated with the sole vision of designing an atmosphere to prepare our children to grow into suitable global citizens of the future– an atmosphere which aimed to promote peer learning, embrace diversity, and encourage learning.

Originating from the concepts of Howard Gardner related to multiple intelligence, we understood that the teaching methods of our school had to cater to diverse minds. We understand that children think logically and would love to learn by using the method of touch and feel.

This realization led to the creation of the Kids Central which celebrates the diversity and designs a curriculum that caters to multiple intelligences. This has resulted in our children being able to discover and gain practical knowledge, and appreciate the world that we are part of.

With the passage of time, we have transited smoothly from being just a small school in the neighborhood to an institution of international standards which offers exceptional, internationally recognized and socially related education. Mr. Rakesh Ghanghas – (Director Accounts)

At The Ompee Global School, the accounts team handles the budget of the school. The team works on preparation and presentation of the school’s annual budget to the board. We look into the expenses and incomes and make sure the audit processes are in place. Every single staff in the finance department is supervised and trained.

The team at our school ensures all the required financial reports, tax reports are completed and filed on time. Mr. Virender is the business operations leader for a school, managing all non-instructional functions, services, and staff so that the instructional team can maintain a concentrated focus on teaching and student achievement and maximize instructional time.

He ensures that the school is managed with operational excellence and fiscal prudence by creating, refining and implementing policies and systems while upholding the values of Ompee Academies.
